A live, practical session with Friendship Whisperer Rebecca Sparrow — because "just ignore them" and "you'll find new friends" is not a plan.

You know something is wrong

Your teen has gone weirdly, uncharacteristically quiet.  The group chat has gone silent. The invites have dried up.

Your child has been blind-sided by their friendship group dumping them and they have no clue what they did wrong.

Here's what makes this so hard:

Getting dropped by a best friend  or an entire friendship group is incredibly painful.

1F632
There's the shock and hurt and also often deep feelings of shame that you've been suddenly deemed 'unlikable' or 'toxic' by your tribe.
1F513
The people who were once your closes confidents (or who you maybe trust with your secrets) are now treating you like you don't exist.
1F6A8
And for your tween or teen - the stakes feel impossibly high. They still have to sit in Maths and English as those kids. Navigate the same locker areas. Get changed for PE. Find a group for that classwork in Science.

School is hard enough with assignments and exams and the occasonal grumpy teacher.

Now your child is having to survive school with no support group and being frozen out at the same time (add in a side serve of eye-rolls and whispering and you get the idea of how brutal this is).

As a parent you're watching it happen and feeling completely helpless.

The truth is: most of us were never taught how to handle this — as teens, or as parents.

There's no script. And the wrong move at the wrong moment (the desperate text, the parent email to the school, the parent text t to the other parents!!) can make things so much harder.

That's exactly why I created this webinar.

What To Do When You Get Dumped By Your Friends is a live, practical, 30-minute webinar that gives you — and your teen — a real roadmap with specific practical steps for getting through this.
(And they WILL get through this.)

What You'll Learn:

1F494

The Reality Check:

Why this hurts so much — and why that's completely normal.

23F3

The First 48 Hours:

The three mistakes almost every teen makes right after a friendship breakup — and exactly how to avoid them.

1F3EB

Surviving School:

How to get through the school day when their ex-friends are in every class. What to do before they walk in the room. How to handle social media.

1F9F1

Rebuilding:

How to find new people — without being fake, desperate, or rushing the process. The specific places to look, and what to say when you get there.

1F4AA

Coming Out Stronger:

What this experience is actually teaching your teen about themselves, about loyalty, and about what they really want in a friendship. They'll have a stronger friendship radar at the end of it.

Who this is for:

Your tween or teen has been dropped by their friend group — recently or even months ago, and they're still struggling

You can see they're hurting but don't know what to say or do

You've already tried talking to them and it hasn't helped

You want to support them without making it worse

Suitable for anyone aged 10+

Who this is NOT for:

This is not a session about bullying, cyberbullying, or peer violence — those situations need a different kind of support. If your teen is being targeted or harassed or if they are showing signs of depression or mental health issues - please reach out to their school or a mental health professional.

What parents say about Bec's Webinars

Just watched the replay with my 10 year old daughter. It was fantastic, thank you. We had a great discussion throughout using examples she has experienced with friends so far.

Thank you Rebecca Sparrow we also enjoyed the webinar. My daughter has been away from school for 18 months due to some major medical reasons, and is due to go back next week. It goes without saying she is extremely nervous to re-connect with old friends & make new ones. Your webinar has boosted her confidence that she can do it, so thank you!

This was a great webinar thanks so much Rebecca Sparrow ,my 10 yr old and I got a lot out of it.
We really enjoyed this too, thank you, it was brilliant for my daughter who is about to start high school. I loved the way you gave lots of relevant examples. Beforehand, she said she didn’t need it as she’s good at making friends, but afterwards admitted it was really useful. Even caught my hubby listening in for tips 😉
My eight year old came home yesterday and said she used one of your strategies to shut down gossip! I was so psyched for her , she felt so empowered! Thanks Bec!
My almost 12 year old daughter attended your webinar this morning and this is what she texted me:
"That webinar was the most useful and informing thing ever! Thank you so much for booking me in. I have learnt so much from just 20 minutes and I'm not as scared to go into high school anymore. Thank you mum 💕💕 "  Thank you for making XXX feel this way.
My daughter watched too, after ending the year last year by walking away from her existing friend group because she hated the fights. She found it super useful and felt confident walking in on day one, pretty much starting from scratch (and with some girls still super mad at her). She’s chosen a smaller group this year and is much happier so far.
This was great, thank you Rebecca Sparrow, I watched it with my 14yr old and we were nodding throughout!! Loved the practical tips- she’s even said she used one of your tips today to deescalate the drama cyclone and it worked!! So good to have another ‘neutral’ person to hand out the advice. Thanks!!!
Bec this was a brilliant talk last night! What you spoke about are things our kids are dealing with daily. Not only did you teach them how to recognize it but you gave them and parents strategies! Thank you
Thanks for your amazing content Rebecca, my daughter has been having friend troubles this year so purchased your webinar bundle. Tonight we sat together and started watching the friend reset - she said “this lady is really good” 😅  Thank you for giving us tools to open conversations about healthy friendships. This is SO important for our kids 🙌🏻
Thanks so much for sharing your expertise so generously Rebecca Sparrow. My 12 year old and I found it really helpful and are very much looking forward to the next one!
