The Navigating High School Webinar Bundle
Want to know what two questions high school students ask me the most?
1. How do I make more friends?
2. how do i know if my friends really like me?
Yikes.
(Let's just take a moment to remember how brutal high school can be and the agony of wondering who you'll sit with at lunch time or in maths class.)
Learning how to find friends is one thing (and it's scary because striking up a conversation with a stranger is really vulnerable!)
But the real skill is knowing what a good friendship LOOKS like and FEELS like.
And it's something we all need to be taught.
Because the truth is for most kids, whether or not they enjoy school comes down to one basic thing ... who they choose to hang around.
Are they hanging around with people who bring out their best self? Who cheer them on? Who like them for who they are? OR are they choosing friends who routinely exclude them, humiliate them and let them down?
This is where I can help.

Hi Rebecca,
I am writing to thank you. My daughter and I watched your webinar before her first day on Monday starting at XXXXXX, my first high schooler. She is the only girl from her primary school attending. She is a super nice kid who is quiet but friendly. She is the nice girl who sits in the group, but no one thought to invite anywhere.
The first day of school was awful. She said, “I have no friends, I ate by myself, I don’t know anyone”. This was devastating to me, especially with the end of last year. I completely kept it together for, her told her tomorrow is a new day. Later I locked myself in my bedroom and cried for her.
After I got over myself and pulled myself together, we discussed a game plan for today. We discussed things from your webinar which was so very practical. All the things that we think they can do automatically but don’t.
She came home today, chatty as ever, has met new friends and was so excited to talk about it. HOORAAAY! Tonight she was messaging a friend. A friend said how they met no new friends at their new school.
She replied with advice: “Make sure you pick the friendliest face and approach them, and look friendly, find a small group of girls of just two or three – it really works!"
I couldn’t help myself but to share this with you and thank you for the wonderful practical guidance you are giving, so very helpful and heart-warming!
Keep spreading the guidance and love!

"I watched this tonight with my son (11). It was absolutely amazing. The practical one liner ideas for realistic mean scenarios, the way you spoke as if their problems aren’t smaller than what adults might experience in the workplace.
You held his attention the ENTIRE time and I’m hoping he takes away some of the messages. He has low self-esteem. Negative or mean comments really land on him. I was so happy to have listened."
